Steps

  1. In the primary navigation, open the Media module.
  2. Click on a video title to open the video properties page.
  3. Locate the Images section.
  4. Hover over the poster image and click the browse icon ().
  5. Browse and select a new poster image.
  6. Hover over the thumbnail image and click the browse icon.
  7. Browse and select a new thumbnail image.

  8. For the Wide, Portrait and Ultrawide images, click the Upload new image link and browse and select an image.

Note that it may take a minute for the processing to complete and for the images to appear in the Media module.
