This topic lists a set of examples that show you how you can use the Brightcove Player API to customize your players. To use these examples, download the example zip file and follow the instructions in the readme.txt file in the zip file.
The Flex Search example illustrates how to use default Flex components with the ActionScript embed snippet of the Brightcove player and the player runtime API in order to surface search capabilities for an account. The FlexSearchWithSWC example does exactly the same thing, but demonstrates the use of the Player API SWC.
These examples show custom players with the same custom playlist navigation feature, implemented in JavaScript, Flash, and Flex.
