This topic provides an overview and tour of the Video Cloud Studio, an integrated web application that enables you to manage the full workflow for your video assets on the web.

Using the Video Cloud Studio

The Video Cloud Studio is a web-based application that you access at https://my.brightcove.com. The Home page includes:

  • The navigation header
  • Introductory information about Video Cloud , the Video Cloud Studio, and its major functional modules.
  • Links and a search field for the Brightcove Support Center, which includes user documentation, FAQs, video tutorials, forums, blogs, and more.

The navigation header

The Video Cloud Studio navigation header provides quick access to:

  • Sign in, sign out, and switch accounts
  • Switch between application modules
  • Get account information
  • Read Video Cloud Help

Navigation header

Signing in, out, and switching accounts

To use the Video Cloud Studio, sign in with your user login (e-mail address) and password. If you are authorized to access more than one account, you can use the account drop-down in the navigation header to switch between accounts without signing out and in again.

Switching between application modules

The Video Cloud Studio features are organized in modules. In this release, Video Cloud includes the following modules:
